<p>So your first step should be to find a qualified coach, who could teach you all the fundamentals of the game. For serious training by professional coaches it is advisable look for good local instructor, purchase book and videos or find an baseball school. If you cant afford the school, then read books on baseball or get dvds course. There is also plenty of free information on the we today to help you improve. Whichever option you choose, you should be become a student of the game.</p>
<p>Practice makes a man perfect and is very true in your baseball training process also. Focus on one or two areas of your game at a time. Dont try to do too much too fast. Work on getting the basics down and then always remember the more you practice the better your game will be.<br />
<br />You can look to expand your abilities to more advanced training. But, the best way to master the game is to play the game. So play as much as you can.</p>

The better your diet, the better you will feel, the better you will play,</p>
<p>Mental Toughness  You need to work on the mental aspect, as it is equally important for a being a successful player. Learn to be positive, learn team spirit and learn to handle criticism and failure with the right spirit.  Remember this game should be fun. So dont be too hard on yourself. If something bad happens just shake it off and get back in the game.</p>
<p>Mental toughness, strength and flexibility, basic fundamentals skill sets and attitude are the ingredients for being a successful baseball player. </p>
